The amazing Cognizant Founders Cup tournament pays homage to the 13 women known as the Founders who created the LPGA Tour more than 70 years ago. Online news and media outlets shared over 2,000 stories about The Cognizant LPGA Founders Cup with a reach of over 5 billion, that is not a typo.
We were honored to meet with one of the original Founders, Shirley Spork who is 94 and several of the Pioneers including Nancy Lopez who are still hitting the fairways. The experience took place at Mountain Ridge Country Club in West Caldwell, NJ, which has a rich history of women’s golf and credits one-third of all rounds played at the course to female golfers, which is important to our client Cognizant’s commitment to inclusion and aim to elevate the game of golf for all individuals.
